In Vietnam's personal expense-management app ecosystem, Money Lover – a product of Finsify – has become a household name for millions of users. The app is designed to help individuals control cash flow, set budgets, and maintain healthy spending habits. With more than 10 million downloads worldwide, over 1.5 million monthly active users, and multiple years recognized by Google Play in the Best App category, Money Lover has proven its pioneering role in digitizing personal finance management.

Behind these impressive numbers, however, lay significant operational pressure. Before partnering with Cas, Finsify chose to build its own API system to connect directly with each bank. This approach, while giving a certain degree of control, quickly revealed its limitations. Long integration times and inconsistent API standards drove up operating costs. At the same time, customer experience suffered from non-seamless syncing, creating a sense of instability. For an app serving millions of users, these risks became major obstacles to scaling and maintaining service quality.
